Treo 700w GSM Coming Soon

Several websites are reporting that Palm has a GSM version of the 700w that will debut in the near future. GSM phones are the standard in Europe and the new features of the 700w would be well received in this market. Verizon has a 6 month exlusivity on the Treo 700w, so we do not expect to see a GSM model in the US until mid-2006.
