Minimo Mozilla Browser Release

A new version of Minimo CE, the mobile Mozilla browser for Windows Mobile devices, has been released and features many improvements.
Version 013 features better Windows Mobile 5 support along with other features:
- New UI
- HomeBase sidebar
- Inital download support landed
- Better Windows Mobile SP 5.0 support
- Lots of bug fixes
