Sprint Releases Treo 700wx

Sprint has released the Palm Treo 700wx, the latest Treo smartphone to run the Windows Mobile 5 OS.

The latest Windows Mobile 5 powered smartphone offers many similarities to the 700w, but boasts increased program memory. The newest Treo was the subject of many rumors over the past few weeks, but was made official this weekend as it became available for purchase through Sprint.

The new Treo 700wx retails for $649 (without contract) or $499 with a 2-year contract. Available rebates can bring the price to $399 with 2-year contract, after rebate.
